Thanksgiving in Boise

This was truly a beautiful and memorable Thanksgiving!
We went to Boise to be with our family.

The first day that we were there we went to a children's play place called Rafiki's.
The cousins had a great time together!

Parker and Tyler played air hockey.

The cousins dressed up in a million different costumes.

They chased each other through the indoor playground.

The little kids were not the only ones who had lots of fun playing...
The big boys were out in full force!

Playing Soccer...

And a good old game of Thanksgiving Day Football!

Thomas helped Grandpa get ready for all of the family to come over.

And he even made his own thanksgiving pie to share with his best bud Corbin!

Desert was my contribution to Our Thanksgiving Feast.

I made Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Biscotti, and Pumpkin Ginger Trifle.
Larry and I spent all day in the kitchen together...I loved it!

My Mom and I took Brooklynne, Drew, Tyler, and Thomas out to eat and to play...
because they haven't gotten to do any to that on this trip :)
Actually, I think that I needed a break from cooking!

We went down to The Grove to watch the Tree Lighting Ceremony.

It was fun! There were Candles, Christmas Carols, Candy Canes and then...
THE LIGHTING OF THE TREE
(I am actually excited...drum roll)
TA DAAAAA......
What, That's It???
Pretty Wussy !
But we still had a great time!

We wrote letters to Santa.

And Last, But not Least...
We decorated Gingerbread Houses as a Family!

Thanks David and Stormy for helping Tyler!

What a great job recording all our family fun during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to have you, Brad and the boys with us and great to be together as a family.
Thanks for all your work in the kitchen and for the special desserts. Thanks additionally to Brad for driving you all safely to Boise and back and for being so accommodating in letting us all play for a couple of the days while he and the other guys worked.
Love, Grandma Bev

Jen,
Its vanilla pudding with milk chocolate on top inside of a tiny homemade crust that he and Grandma made together.

HA! thanks. it looked like a ravioli in the picture of him taking a bite but it must be a chocolate chunk. sounds yummy.
