Tyler has been in the hospital for several days now. He was admitted through the ER at Primary Children's because of a blood infection. The infection was making his temperature spike very quickly, and the fevers were causing him to have seizures.
Tyler is feeling a little better today.
They will place a pick line ( a long lasting IV ) tomorrow so that he is able to go home on IV antibiotics. Hopefully he will go home tomorrow...
But you never know what Tyler's little body is going to do. He is infamous for throwing medical "curve balls"!!!
Today lots of the Utah Jazz players came to visit the kids at the hospital. He got to meet and received an autographed basketball from Darrin Williams, and Ronnie Price, but Tyler's favorite was seeing the Jazz Bear!

that video of him eating is hysterical. does he do that often? I about died when he was hitting his nose on the bowl at the end of the video. and that thomas is one cute boy.

I hope that Tyler is able to get better soon and that you were able get out of the hospital. But I am kicking my self that I did not check your blog sooner,I could have come and visited you last night (I was working). Call if you need anything!

Wow! How fun for a kid to have such great visitors! I am so glad Tyler is feeling much better. It was fun the other day to stop and talk to him while he was playing out in the snow. He is such a sweet kid!
